After graduating from California State University, he joined a major foreign recruitment firm and became one of its fastest promoted senior consultants. He led the launch of a dedicated consulting-firm practice, supporting post-consulting career transitions as well as CxO and executive placements for operating companies, achieving top performance within the division
He later founded RLink Partners and became its representative. Drawing on a proprietary network across venture capital funds, funds, and startup executives, he focuses on executive and high-class headhunting and recruitment advisory for startup and growth-stage companies

After earning an MBA from ESADE Business School in Spain, he worked as an investment professional at venture capital funds in Tokyo and New York. He focused on seed and early-stage investments, especially in startups from Y Combinator, and built a network across founders, investors, and operating companies
He now serves as COO of RLink Partners, overseeing executive and high-class hiring services for startup and growth-stage companies through this network and investment background
